I start...I'm starting a similar detox tomorrow. I started to ease into it this weekend by making spaghetti squash with roasted red peppers and sun dried tomatoes. It was good but I didn't cook the squash long enough so my 14 month old kept trying to chew chew chew and ended up pulling the strings out of his mouth and handing them back to me.
